%X 颞下颌关节紊乱病是由多因素引起的一组疾病,该病的临床症状常常表现为:张口受限、关节弹响、关节疼痛等。该病的治疗方法分为保守治疗及手术治疗。随着数字成像技术的发展,三维有限元法可以较真实的还原颞下颌关节的解剖形态并做全面的力学分析,有助于分析致病因素及制定治疗方案。本文就三维有限元在颞下颌关节中的应用进展作一综述。
Temporomandibular joint disorder is a group of diseases caused by multiple factors, and the clinical symptoms of the disease are often manifested as: limited mouth opening, joint snapping, joint pain, etc. Treatment of the disease is divided into conservative and surgical treatment. With the development of digital imaging technology, the three-dimensional finite element method can realistically restore the anatomical morphology of the temporomandibular joint and do a comprehensive mechanical analysis, which is helpful to analyze the pathogenic factors and formulate treatment plans. In this paper, the application of three-dimensional finite elements in the temporomandibular joint is reviewed.
