The Relationship between Interpersonal Distress and Subjective Well-Being of College Students: The Double Effect of Psychological Capital %A 高学锋 %A 代彭彦 %A 王冲 %A 闫方亮 %A 张杰 %J Advances in Psychology %P 248-258 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2024.144215 %X 本研究旨在考察大学生人际关系困扰与主观幸福感的关系及其作用机制,采用人际关系综合诊断量表、积极心理资本量表、主观幸福感量表对620名学生的人际关系困扰、心理资本以及主观幸福感进行测查。研究结果表明:(1) 学生人际关系困扰和心理资本以及主观幸福感都呈显著的负相关关系,而心理资本与主观幸福感呈显著的正相关关系;(2) 心理资本调节了学生人际关系困扰和主观幸福感的关系;(3) 心理资本在学生人际关系困扰和主观幸福感中起到了显著的部分中介作用。本研究揭示了心理资本在学生人际关系困扰和主观幸福感间的“双重作用”。此外,本研究不仅为改善学生的人际关系,提升主观幸福感提供一些建议,也为大学管理者有效管理学生提供一定的理论和实证依据,同时也引导大学以一种更加积极向上的角度关注学生的心理健康,为全面了解大学生所面临的问题提供一定的实证支持。
The present study aims to investigate the relationship between interpersonal distress and subjective well-being of college students and its mechanism. A total of 620 students participated in this study. The Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relationships, Positive Psychological Capital Scale and Subjective Well-Being Scale were used to measure the interpersonal distress, psychological capital and subjective well-being. The results indicated that: (1) interpersonal distress has a negative predictive effect on psychological capital and subjective well-being, while psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on subjective well-being; (2) psychological capital plays a moderating role in interpersonal distress of students and subjective well-being; (3) psychological capital plays a significant role in partially mediating students’ interpersonal distress and subjective well-being. This study reveals the “double effect” of psychological capital on interpersonal distress of students to subjective well-being. This study not only provides some ways to improve students’ interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being, but also provides some theoretical and empirical basis for the administrators of private universities to effectively manage students. At the same time, it also provides some empirical support and suggestions for comprehensively understanding college students and guiding college mental health education to pay attention to college students’ psychology from a positive and healthy point of view. %K 大学生,人际关系困扰,主观幸福感,心理资本
