%X 借助场域理论，探究社会工作者所处的生态空间对促进乡镇(街道)社会工作专业人才的发展具有重要意义。本文采用个案研究对杭州市D街道的社会工作专业人才发展的生态空间营造进行了分析。研究表明，在乡镇(街道)生态空间中，社会工作者在资本、关系、惯习三方面中分别存在社会资本拓展不足、专业话语权缺失和行动惯习中的“形式主义”三大困境。发展乡镇(街道)社会工作专业人才需要多方主体构建关系，形成共同的专业人才发展理念，扩大社会工作者拥有的社会资本、文化资本和经济资本，搭建人才培育行动框架，推动社会工作者专业惯习的形成。<br />
With the help of field theory, it is of great significance to explore the ecological space where social workers are located to promote the development of social work professionals in townships (streets). This paper uses a case study to analyze the creation of ecological space for the development of social work professionals in D Street, Hangzhou. It is concluded that in the ecological space of townships (streets), social workers have three major difficulties: insufficient expansion of social capital, lack of professional discourse, and “formalism” in the habit of action in the three aspects of capital, relationship, and habit, respectively. The development of social work professionals in townships (streets) requires the construction of relationships among multiple subjects, the formation of a common concept of professional development, the expansion of social, cultural and economic capital owned by social workers, the establishment of a framework for the cultivation of talents, and the promotion of the formation of the professional habits of social workers.
