%X 20世纪90年代以来，跨国史和全球史逐渐成为历史学研究中的一种新潮流和趋势。入江昭结合自身经历所作的《全球史与跨国史：过去、现在和未来》，为我们提供了解这股新的史学潮流的绝佳指南。但他关于跨国史的定义也反映出概念本身在适用上的局限，而且本书关于全球史的介绍也较局限，我们需要参考他人研究成果，以全面认识两者关系。<br />
Since the 1990s, transnational history and global history have gradually become a new trend in historical research. Global and Transnational History: The Past, Present, and Future, based on Akira Iriye’s own experiences, provides us with an excellent guide to understanding this new trend in History. However, his definition about transnational history also reflects the limitations of the application of the concept itself, and the introduction of global history in this book is also limited, and we need to refer to the other research to fully understand the relationship between transnational history and global history.
