In ancient Chinese architecture, tiled eaves are an indispensable part, serving not only practical functions but also as carriers of cultural art. The Han Dynasty marked a peak in the development of tiled eaves in China. This article aims to deeply analyze the types, compositional principles, aesthetic imagery, and cultural connotations of tiled eaves from the Han Dynasty, in order to reveal the aesthetic value and historical significance behind them. By doing so, it hopes to provide inspiration and revelation for contemporary art design, and promote the inheritance and development of tiled eaves culture.
