%X 随着数字时代的到来，身边出现了越来越多的数字化资源。为了适应现代数字化的发展趋势，提高诉讼效率，在线诉讼也成为我国探索诉讼新方式的路径之一。在线诉讼发展目的之一是为了提高诉讼效率，电子送达制度作为诉讼程序的重要一环，其电子送达的适用规定、送达方式以及缺乏救济制度等原因不利于在线诉讼的发展，因此，在立足于在线诉讼实践发展的基础上完善电子送达制度，有利于在线诉讼发展过程中进一步提高诉讼效率。<br />
With the advent of the digital age, more and more digital resources have emerged around us. In order to adapt to the development trend of modern capitalization and improve the efficiency of litigation, online litigation has also become one of the ways to explore new ways of litigation in China. One of the purposes of the development of online litigation is to improve the efficiency of litigation, and the electronic service system, as an important part of the litigation procedure, is not conducive to the development of online litigation due to the applicable provisions of electronic service, the mode of service and the lack of a relief system.
