%X 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是一种无侵入性治疗技术,影像学在术前评估肌瘤特征、术中监测、术后疗效及周围组织损伤评估方面具有重要应用价值,本文就CT、超声、磁共振及影像组学在HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用进行综述。
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive therapeutic technique. Imaging plays a crucial role in preoperative assessment of fibroid characteristics, intraoperative monitoring, postoperative efficacy evaluation, and assessment of surrounding tissue damage. This article provides a comprehensive review of the applications of CT, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and radiomics in HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids.
