%X 孝作为中国传统文化中的根本组成部分，自古以来就具有极其重要的地位。将孝融入当代基层治理有重要的实践价值。当前社会结构深刻变动，各种社会矛盾凸显，表现为子女不孝、代际隔阂严重等问题。从治理理论的角度来看，孝道能为新时代基层治理赋予文化内涵，推动社会管理向社会治理转变。推进“孝老”观念融入到社区基层治理，推动对老年人的重视和尊重，使社会趋于和谐稳定。<br />
Filial piety, as a fundamental component of traditional Chinese culture, has played an extremely important role since ancient times. Integrating filial piety into contemporary grassroots governance has important practical value. The current social structure has undergone profound changes, highlighting various social contradictions, manifested in issues such as unfilial children and severe intergenerational barriers. From the perspective of governance theory, filial piety can endow cultural connotations to grassroots governance in the new era and promote the transformation of social management towards social governance. Promote the integration of the concept of “filial piety towards the elderly” into community grassroots governance, promote the importance and respect for the elderly, and promote social harmony and stability.
