%X 乡村更新可以加强村庄的基础设施建设，实现产业升级，从而达到城乡融合的目标，富人担任主体有利于弥补村庄更新的资源不足状况。在Y村，富人村书记主导的乡村更新，改善了村容村貌，增加了村民收入，更新了产业模式。从积极方面来看，富人治村丰富了乡村更新的资源，有助于引进政府项目，但也带来了普通村民的边缘化，未能培育持续发展能力的消极影响，致使乡村更新仅仅停留在表面。在富人村书记离任后，Y村的发展再次陷入了僵局。<br />
Rural renewal can strengthen the infrastructure construction of villages, achieve industrial upgrading, and thus achieve the goal of urban-rural integration. The wealthy serving as the main body of village governance is beneficial for compensating for the insufficient resources in village renewal. In Y village, the rural renewal led by the wealthy village secretary has improved the appearance of the village, increased the income of villagers, and updated the industrial model. From a positive perspective, the governance of wealthy villages has enriched the resources for rural renewal and helped introduce government projects, but it has also brought about the negative impact of marginalization of ordinary villagers and failing to cultivate sustainable development capabilities. These factors have led to rural renewal only remaining on the surface. After the departure of the rich village secretary, the development of Y village once again fell into a deadlock.
