%X 本文以慢性病老年人的生活质量为切入点，探究社区养老服务对慢性病老年人生活质量的影响。基于2017~2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据，使用二元Logistic模型，研究发现：社区为老年人提供养老服务，有利于改善慢性病老年人的生活质量；与扩展生活服务相比，基础性养老服务对慢性病老年人生活质量的影响效用更大。因此，需要根据不同老年人群体的需求差异来优化社区养老服务体系。<br />
Based on the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases, this paper explores the impact of community care services on the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases. Based on the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey ( CLHLS ) from 2017 to 2018, using the binary logistic model, the study found that providing elderly care services for the elderly in the community is conducive to improving the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases. Compared with extended life services, basic old-age care services have a greater impact on the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the community pension service system according to the needs of different elderly groups.
