%X 在食品安全网络舆情发酵的过程中,舆情主题、情感与用户行为相互影响,共同推动着舆情的发展,研究它们之间的动态影响机理对舆情管理具有重要意义。本文选取“鼠头鸭脖”食品安全事件的微博舆情数据为研究对象,基于融知发酵理论,考虑舆情主题演化、情感波动和用户行为三个变量,构建向量自回归模型,结合脉冲响应分析与方差分解探究食品安全网络舆情中主题演化、情感波动和用户行为之间的动态影响机理并提出食品安全网络舆情管控措施。
During the fermentation of food safety online public opinion, topics, emotions and user behaviors interact with each other and jointly drive the evolution of food safety online public opinion. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the dynamic influence mechanism between them for the management of food safety online public opinion. In this paper, we select the microblog public opinion data of the food safety incident of “Rat Head Duck Neck” as the research object, and based on the theory of knowledge fermentation theory, we take into account the three variables of public opinion topic evolution, emotion fluctuation and user behavior, and construct vector autoregressive model, combining impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to explore the dynamic influence mechanism between topic evolution, emotion fluctuation and user behavior in the online public opinion of food safety. Based on the conclusions of the study, control measures for food safety online public opinion are proposed.
