%X 目的：考察神经质对儿童人际关系的影响，并探讨自卑心理在神经质与儿童人际关系间的中介作用。方法：运用自编调查问卷、大五人格神经质分量表(NEO-FFI60)、人际关系评估表(RDA)、罗森伯格自信心测量问卷(SES)对322名中小学生进行线下形式的抽样调查。结果：① 留守儿童与非留守儿童在人际关系与自卑方面存在显著差异(P &lt; 0.05)，在神经质方面不存在显著差异；② 神经质与儿童人际关系呈显著负相关(r = ？0.214, P &lt; 0.001)；③ 神经质与自卑心理呈显著负相关(r = ？0.377, P &lt; 0.001)；④ 自卑心理与儿童人际关系呈显著正相关(r = 0.426, P &lt; 0.001)；⑤ 自卑心理在神经质与儿童人际关系中起完全中介作用。结论：神经质通过自卑心理才能影响儿童人际关系水平。<br />
Objective: To investigate the influence of neuroticism on interpersonal relationship of left-behind children, and to explore the mediating effect of inferiority between neuroticism and interpersonal relationship of left-behind children. Methods: A sample survey of 322 primary and secondary school students was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire, the NEO-FFI60, the RDA, and the Rosenberg Self-confidence Scale (SES). Results: ① There were significant differences in interpersonal relationship and inferiority between left-behind children and non-left-behind children (P &lt; 0.05), but there was no significant difference in neuroticism. ② Neuroticism was negatively correlated with children’s interpersonal relationship (r = ？0.214, P &lt; 0.001). ③ Neuroticism was negatively correlated with inferiority (r = ？0.377, P &lt; 0.001). ④ There was a significant positive correlation between inferiority and children’s interpersonal relationship (r = 0.426, P &lt; 0.001). ⑤ Inferiority plays a completely mediating role between neuroticism and children’s interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: Neuroticism can affect the interpersonal relationship level of left-behind children through inferiority complex.
