%X 在当前教育背景下，大创教学作为一种新型教学模式，受到广泛关注。本文旨在围绕大创教学深入探讨此机制的现状、方法、以及对当代大学生学习中的影响，同时结合我校本科生导师制的实践和经验，发现本科生导师制是培养和提高大学生创新能力的成功典范，但是仍然要客观理性地看待本科生导师制。通过利用本科生导师制这个平台，培养和提高大学生独特的创新精神和创新能力。<br />
Under the current educational background, great innovation teaching, as a new teaching mode, has been widely concerned. This paper aims to discuss the current situation, methods and influence of this mechanism on contemporary college students’ learning around innovative teaching. At the same time, combined with the practice and experience of undergraduate tutorial system in our school, it is found that undergraduate tutorial system is a successful model for cultivating and improving college students’ innovative ability, but it is still necessary to treat undergraduate tutorial system objectively and rationally. By using the platform of undergraduate tutorial system, we can cultivate and improve college students’ unique innovative spirit and ability.
