In order to meet the requirements of steering system of four-wheel self-propelled plant protection machine with low cost and high efficiency, according to the motion characteristics and structural characteristics of the four-wheel self-propelled plant protection machine, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the current steering system and the function of the universal wheel, a two wheel drive universal wheel steering system is designed. The kinematic theoretical analysis and practical test show that the structure meets the requirements.
