At the moment, China’s economic development has entered a new normal, shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development. Human resources are the primary resource for economic and social development, and an important part of the modern service industry is the human resources service industry. In this general environment, the human resources service industry also needs to make new adjustments in line with the changes in economic development strategies. The human resources service industry belongs to strategic industries and is also an important support for the development of other strategic industries, so it has a double value and is very much valued. In recent years, China’s human resources service industry has entered a stage of rapid development, but it is also facing many problems.
