Clinical Study of Tuina Manipulation Combined with Electro Stimulation Biofeedback Therapy in the Treatment of Mild Pelvic Organ Prolapse %A 王芳 %A 张程昱 %A 陈芳 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 2215-2221 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/acm.2024.143965 %X 目的:探讨推拿手法联合电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗轻度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区中医院妇科并确诊轻度盆腔脏器脱垂的患者,采用随机分组方法,将54名研究对象分为治疗组(电刺激生物反馈疗法 推拿治疗)和对照组(电刺激生物反馈疗法)进行研究,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组最大收缩力经两独立样本t检验比较,具有统计学差异(P < 0.05),提示治疗组增加肌肉最大收缩力优于对照组;治疗后两组收缩维持时间比较,均有统计学差异(P < 0.05),提示治疗组在增加肌肉收缩持续时间方面优于对照组;治疗后两组盆腔脏器脱垂情况和尿失禁情况,均有统计学差异(P < 0.05),提示治疗组的盆腔脏器脱垂与尿失禁患者比例均低于对照组;治疗组中有10例治愈,15例有效,2例无效,总有效率为93%;对照组中有4例治愈,12例有效,11例无效,总有效率为59%,治疗组疗效高于对照组。结论:推拿手法联合电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗轻度盆腔脏器脱垂,可提高盆底肌力,可作为无创、有效、简单易行的治疗手段进行临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of tuina manipulation combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on mild pelvic organ prolapse. Methods: Patients diagnosed with mild pelvic organ prolapse who were admitted to the gynecology department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected, and 54 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group (electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy massage therapy) and control group (electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy) for study, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared . Results: After treatment, the maximum muscle contraction force of the two groups was statistically different by t test of two independent samples (P < 0.05), indicating that the increase of the maximum muscle contraction force of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the contraction maintenance time of the two groups was statistically different (P < 0.05), suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing the duration of muscle contraction. After treatment, there were statistical differences in pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence between the two groups (P < 0.05), suggesting that the proportion of patients with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. In the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 59%, the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Massage combined with biofeedback therapy can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength in the treatment of mild pelvic organ prolapse, and can be used as a non-invasive, effective, simple and feasible treatment for clinical promotion. %K 推拿手法,电刺激生物反馈疗法,盆腔脏器脱垂
