%X 餐饮行业是我国经济发展中的传统行业,在国民经济中占有很大比重,随着数字化经济的普及,餐饮行业的数字化转型面临着很大挑战。针对此现象,本文以老乡鸡的数字化转型为例,通过分析该企业转型过程中遇到的问题以及相关应对策略,提炼出餐饮行业数字化转型的一般路径。从前台、中台、后台三个方面对餐饮企业的数字化转型进行系统规划,通过数字化运营和营销、成熟的中台系统架构以及全链路的后台供应链等,对企业的数字化转型进行全方位的保障。本文为餐饮企业提供数字化解决方案和实施建议,促进餐饮行业健康持续发展的同时,助力国家数字经济的高效发展。
The catering industry is a traditional industry in China’s economic development, which occupies a large proportion in the national economy, and with the popularization of the digital economy, the digital transformation of the catering industry is facing great challenges. In view of this phenomenon, this essay takes the digital transformation of Laoxiang Chicken as an example, and refines the general path of digital transformation in the catering industry by analyzing the problems encountered in the transformation process of this enterprise and the related response strategies. The digital transformation of catering enterprises is systematically planned from three aspects: front office, middle office and back office, and the digital transformation of the enterprise is guaranteed in an all-round way through digital operation and marketing, mature middle office system architecture, and full-link back office supply chain. This paper provides digital solutions and implementation suggestions for catering enterprises to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the catering industry while contributing to the efficient development of the national digital economy.
