%X 目的：了解大学生积极心理资本、人际关系困扰、自尊影响抑郁的内在作用机制。方法：采用流调中心抑郁量表、积极心理资本量表、人际关系困扰量表和自尊量表对施测的543名大学生进行问卷调查，并采用PROCESS宏程序进行中介效应检验。结果：(1) 积极心理资本、人际关系困扰、自尊与抑郁之间存在显著的相关关系(p &lt; 0.01)，积极心理资本可负向预测抑郁；(2) 人际关系困扰和自尊分别在积极心理资本和抑郁之间起中介作用；(3) 人际关系困扰和自尊在积极心理资本和抑郁之间起链式中介作用。结论：积极心理资本分别通过人际关系困扰和自尊的中介作用以及人际关系困扰-自尊的链式中介作用影响大学生的抑郁水平。<br />
Objective: This paper aims to explore the internal mechanism of the effect of positive psychological capital, interpersonal disturbance and self-esteem on depression of college students. Methods: Center epidemiologic studies depression scale (CES-D), positive psychological capital scale, interpersonal distress scale and self-esteem scale were used to investigate 543 college students. The PROCESS macro program was used to test the mediation effect. Results: (1) There were significant correlations among positive psychological capital, interpersonal disturbance, self-esteem, and depression (p &lt; 0.01). Positive psychological capital could negatively predict depression; (2) Interpersonal disturbance and self-esteem played independent mediating roles in the relationship between positive psychological capital and depression respectively; (3) Interpersonal disturbance and self-esteem played a chain mediating role in the relationship between positive psychological capital and depression. Conclusion: Positive psychological capital affects the level of depression of college students through interpersonal disturbance, self-esteem, and interpersonal disturbance and self-esteem chain.
