%X 新时代加强高校学风建设不仅是营造创新氛围的重要途径，更是高校人才培养的有力抓手，高质量、内涵式发展的重要保障。基于此，在厘清高校学风建设价值的基础上，分析大学生在学习目标、学习动力、学习方式上存在的不足，聚焦从理想信念教育、优良教风带动、校园文化活动营造、强化管理、健全体制机制方面发力，以期能对高校学风建设提供有益参考，最终达到加强高校学风建设的目的。<br />
In the new era, strengthening the construction of college study style is not only an important way to create an innovative atmosphere, but also a powerful starting point for college personnel training and an important guarantee for high-quality and connotative development. Based on this, on the basis of clarifying the value of the construction of academic style in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of college students in learning goals, learning motivation and learning methods, and focuses on the education of ideals and beliefs, the promotion of excellent teaching style, the construction of campus cultural activities, the strengthening of management, and the improvement of institutional mechanisms, so as to provide useful references for the construction of academic style in colleges and universities, finally achieving the purpose of strengthening the construction of college style of study.
