%X 幼儿园劳动教育对幼儿劳动意识、劳动实践能力和社会责任感等方面的培养具有重要作用。数字时代为幼儿园开展劳动教育发展带来了许多契机,有利于拓宽劳动教育场域、创新劳动教育形式、丰富劳动教育内容。然而,在实践中存在劳动教育观念“机械化”、劳动教育时空“泛在化”、劳动教育内容“浅显化”、劳动教育过程“走秀化”等问题。唯有回归个性化劳动教育初心,组建数字学习资源库,构建协同育人的劳动教育场域,推动劳动教育与数字技术共生融合,才能纾解数字时代幼儿园劳动教育的现实困境。
Kindergarten labor education plays an important role in cultivating children’s labor awareness, labor practice ability, and social responsibility. The digital age has brought many opportunities for the development of labor education in kindergartens, which is conducive to expanding the field of labor education, innovating labor education forms, and enriching labor education content. However, in practice, there are problems such as the mechanization of labor education concepts, the ubiquity of labor education in time and space, the superficiality of labor education content, and the showcasing of labor education processes. Only by returning to the original intention of personalized labor education, establishing a digital learning resource library, constructing a collaborative labor education field, and promoting the symbiosis and integration of labor education and digital technology, can we alleviate the practical difficulties of labor education in kindergartens in the digital era.
