%X 本文旨在探讨马克思对自由劳动时间的理论观点，并分析其对当代社会的意义。自由劳动时间是马克思主义经济学中一个重要的概念，它涉及到劳动者在社会主义社会中的劳动时间安排和劳动价值的实现。自由劳动时间是指在满足基本生活需求后，个体可以自主支配的时间，劳动者有更多的时间用于自己的发展和创造。马克思认为，自由劳动时间是实现个体全面发展和社会进步的重要条件。只有在拥有足够的自由劳动时间的情况下，劳动者才能充分发挥自己的潜力，为社会做出更大的贡献。只有在共产主义社会，人才能得到完全足够的自由劳动时间，最终才能实现个人的全面发展。本文将从马克思的理论出发，探讨自由劳动时间的概念、重要性以及对当代社会的启示，以期为当代社会的劳动时间安排提供参考。<br />
This paper aims to explore Marx’s theoretical view of free labor time and analyze its significance to contemporary society. Free labor time is an important concept in Marxist economics, which involves the labor time arrangement and the realization of labor value in the socialist society. Free labor time refers to the time that individuals can control independently after meeting the basic needs of life, and workers have more time for their own development and creation. Marx believes that free labor time is an important condition for the realization of individual all-round development and so-cial progress. Only with enough free working time can workers give full play to their potential and make greater contributions to society. Only in a communist society can people get fully enough free working time and finally realize the all-round development of the individual. Starting from Marx’s theory, this paper will discuss the concept, importance and enlightenment of free labor time to the contemporary society, in order to provide a reference for the contemporary society’s labor time ar-rangement.
