Simultaneous Determination of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A and Ferulic Acid in Diedahuoxue Powder by HPLC %A 赵文法 %A 冯家龙 %J Pharmacy Information %P 134-139 %@ 2160-4452 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/pi.2024.132017 %X 目的:建立跌打活血散中红花和当归的主要成分羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:以Agilent ZORBAXSB-C8柱(5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸-四氢呋喃(18:80:2)为流动相,检测波长为340 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在40.2~201.0 μg/mL浓度范围内线形关系良好,r = 0.9995 (RSD = 1.6%, n = 5),平均回收率为96.2% (RSD = 1.3%, n = 6);阿魏酸在1.01~5.05 μg/mL浓度范围内线形关系良好,r = 0.9997 (RSD = 1.1%, n = 5),平均回收率为98.6% (RSD = 1.5%, n = 6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,结果稳定,可用于跌打活血散中红花和当归的主要成分羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的测定。
Object: To establish a method for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in diedahuoxue powder. Methods: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) was used as the chromatographic column, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran (18:80:2) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 340 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the column temperature was 30?C. Results: The linear range of Hydroxysafflor yellow A was 40.2~201.0 μg/ml, r = 0.9995 (RSD = 1.6%, n = 5), the average recovery was 96.2% (RSD = 1.3%, n = 6); the linear range of Ferulic Acid was 1.01~5.05 μg/ml, r = 0.9997 (RSD = 1.1%, n = 5), the average recovery was 98.6% (RSD = 1.5%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and stable. It can be used for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A and Ferulic Acid in diedahuoxue Powder. %K 跌打活血散,羟基红花黄色素A,阿魏酸,含量测定,高效液相色谱
