%X 朋辈心理互助是高校心理育人工作中的重要环节。但在实际心理育人开展工作中,由于心理学知识匮乏、网络依赖严重、身份认同感及归属感较低的特点,高校二级理工科学院朋辈心理的工作效能较为低下。因此,本文以调查问卷形式旨在对高校朋辈心理辅导工作进行分析,从探索高校朋辈心理互助机制,建立分工明确、职责清晰的朋辈心理育人队伍,搭建心理网络阵地、健全激励考核机制等方面提出了具体举措,为理工科院校心理育人工作提供新思路。
Peer psychological mutual assistance is an important part of psychological education in universities. However, in the actual work of psychological education, due to the lack of psychological knowledge, severe internet dependence, and low sense of identity and belonging, the work efficiency of peer psychology in secondary science and engineering colleges in universities is relatively low. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the psychological counseling work of college peers in the form of a survey questionnaire, explore the mechanism of psychological mutual assistance among college peers, establish a team of peer psychological education with clear division of labor and responsibilities, build a psychological network platform, and improve incentive and assessment mechanisms. Specific measures are proposed to provide new ideas for the psychological education work of science and engineering colleges.
