%X 本文以N-卤代丁二酰亚胺(NXS)作为卤素源,硼氢化钠作为氢源,在水溶液的室温条件下对缺电子炔烃进行了氢卤化反应,并得到了相应的烯基卤化物。该方法无金属催化剂、条件温和、操作简单、底物适用范围广、收率高、以及环境友好等优点,为烯基卤化物类化合物的合成提供了一种简单、有效的途径。
In this study, the hydrohalogenation reaction of electron-deficient alkynes was performed by using N-halosuccinimide (NXS) as the halogen source and sodium borohydride as the hydrogen source at room temperature in aqueous solution, and obtained the corresponding alkenyl halides. This method has the advantages of catalyst-and additive-free, mild conditions, simple operation, and environmental friendliness, which provides a simple and effective way for the synthesis of alkenyl halides.
