%X 卢梭的幸福教育是指教育者在能够遵循自然规律的原则下,通过充分尊重儿童自由的天性,提高儿童解除痛苦而充分享受生活的能力,进而帮助儿童形成积极的人生观,最终实现人生幸福的目标的活动。教育与个人幸福存在紧密的联系,而“双减”政策的目的在于减轻义务教育阶段学生的作业负担和校外培训压力,旨在提升个体的幸福感。本文旨在通过卢梭的幸福教育思想对“双减”政策进行解读,以期进一步推进“双减”政策的实施。
Rousseau’s happiness education refers to the activity that educators can help children form a positive outlook on life and finally achieve the goal of happiness in life by fully respecting the nature of children’s freedom and improving their ability to relieve pain and fully enjoy life under the principle of following the laws of nature. Education is closely related to personal happiness, and the purpose of the “double reduction” policy is to reduce the homework burden and off-campus training pressure of students in the compulsory education stage, aiming at improving individual happiness. This paper aims to interpret the “double reduction” policy through Rousseau’s happiness education thought, in order to further promote the implementation of the “double reduction” policy.
