A Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Castor Oil and Houpu Exhausting Mixture in Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction %A 卢超 %A 付熙 %A 王敏娟 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 706-711 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2024.143760 %X 目的:探讨两种不同药物对不完全性肠梗阻的疗效对比研究。方法:回顾性分析西安医学院第一附属医院在2018~2022年收治的120例不完全性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法将120例患者分为蓖麻油组、厚朴排气合剂组,蓖麻油组62例,厚朴排气合剂组58例,比较两组患者首次通气排便时间、首次进全流食时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间、中转手术率以及住院时间;通过多元线性回归对结果进行分析,明确影响不完全性肠梗阻患者住院时间的相关因素。结果:两组患者的治疗前基线资料差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);蓖麻油组首次排便时间、首次进全流食时间以及住院时间均短于厚朴排气合剂组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);而蓖麻油组在腹痛缓解时间及中转手术率方面与厚朴排气合剂组相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);是否服用蓖麻油、白细胞计数、白蛋白计数为影响不完全性肠梗阻患者住院时间的因素(P < 0.05)。结论:入院行蓖麻油治疗不完全性肠梗阻,相较于厚朴排气合剂疗效显著,改善患者的症状,减少患者的住院时间,值得进一步推广与应用。
Objective: To investigate the comparative study of the efficacy of two different drugs on incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods: The clinical data of 120 patients with incomplete intestinal ob-struction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical College from 2018 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment method, 120 patients were divided into castor oil group and Houpu exhausting mixture group, 62 patients in castor oil group and 58 patients in Houpu exhausting mixture group, and the time to first ventilation and defecation, time to first full liquid food, time to relief of abdominal pain and distension, rate of intermediate surgery and num-ber of days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups; the results were analyzed by multiple linear regression to identify the factors associated with the length of stay in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the pre-treatment baseline data between the two groups (P > 0.05). In the castor oil group, the time to first ventilation and defecation, the time to first full liquid food and the number of days of hospitali-zation were shorter than those in the Houpu exhausting mixture group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); while the differences in the time to relief of abdominal pain and the rate of intermediate surgery in the castor oil group were not statistically significant compared with those in the Houpu exhausting mixture group (P > 0.05); whether or not to take castor oil, white blood cell count, and albumin count as factors affecting the number of days of hospitalization in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with Magnolia officinalis exhaust mixture, castor oil was used in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction, which improved the symptoms of patients and reduced the length of hospital stay, which is worthy of further promotion and application. %K 不完全性肠梗阻,蓖麻油,厚朴排气合剂,疗效
