%X 高职院校学生党员是学生队伍中的生力军，是思想最活跃、最积极、最前沿的群体。当前，部分学生入党后呈现出理论学习走马观花、政治立场不坚定、严重脱离群众等现象，同时，党员发展关口不严、培养监督机制不健全、党员名额分配比例化等问题亟待解决。基于此，在学生党员教育管理整个过程中，应进一步加强理想信念教育，端正入党动机，完善党员积分制，突破指标分配常规，完善岗位实习学生党员教育管理制度。<br />
Student party members in higher vocational colleges are the new force in the student contingent and the most active, active and cutting-edge group. At present, after joining the party, some students show the phenomenon of theoretical study, political stance is not firm, and serious detachment from the masses, and at the same time, the development of party members is not strict, the training and supervision mechanism is not perfect, and the proportion of party member quota distribution needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, in the full process of education and management of student party members, it is necessary to further strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs, correct the motivation for joining the party, improve the point system for party members, break through the routine of index allocation, and improve the education and management system for party members of on-the-job internship students.
