%X 当前民办本科高校转型发展，目标由以规模扩张为特征的外延式发展向以质量提升和差异化发展为特征的内涵式发展转变。本文从促进民办高校内涵式发展角度出发，分析了民办高校内涵式发展的现状以及指标构成，对实现民办高校内涵式路径选择进行了探索。<br />
At present, the transformation and development of private undergraduate colleges and universities requires a change from the extension development characterized by scale expansion to the connotation development characterized by quality improvement and differential development. From the perspective of promoting the connotative development of private colleges and universities, this paper analyses the present situation and index composition of the connotative development of private colleges and universities, and explores the way to realize the connotative development of private colleges and universities.
