%X 伴有皮下组织粘连的中重度凹陷性瘢痕的治疗方法主要包括组织填充、外科手术等。然而现有技术各自存在一定的局限性，如长时间水肿、血肿、瘀伤、结痂、色素沉着、纤维化结节、瘢痕复发等。现就临床上使用的多种有效治疗方法作一综述。<br />
The treatment of moderate to severe depressed scars with adhesions in the subcutaneous tissues mainly includes tissue filling, surgery, etc. However, the existing technologies have certain limita-tions, such as long-term edema, hematoma, bruising, scabbing, pigmentation, fibrotic nodules, and scar recurrence. This article reviews a variety of effective treatments used in clinical practice.
