%X 近年来，红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width, RDW)的临床意义逐渐受到重视，其在多种疾病的诊断、治疗和预后评估中显示出潜在的价值。在骨科领域，尤其是关于骨关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA)、骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)、骨折发生或骨折预后等方面的研究中，RDW作为生物标志物的作用逐渐被揭示。本文就RDW在骨科中的应用研究进行综述，以提高对骨科疾病的诊治水平。<br />
In recent years, the clinical significance of red blood cell distribution width (RDW) has gradually gained attention, and it has shown potential value in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis evaluation of various diseases. In the field of orthopedics, especially in studies on osteoarthritis (OA), osteoporosis (OP), fracture occurrence or fracture prognosis, the role of RDW as a biomarker has gradually been revealed. This article reviews the application of RDW in orthopedics to improve the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.
