%X 中华优秀传统文化在几千年的积淀中形成了丰富的心理健康教育内涵,是优秀的大学生心理健康教育资源。同时,深入挖掘并整合运用中华优秀传统文化对大学生心理健康教育的作用和意义尤为突出,不仅能够有效促进大学生人际关系的和谐发展,且有利于增强大学生的自我调节能力,提升他们受挫能力,将其融入大学生心理健康教育具有不可忽视的重要意义。因此,基于中华优秀传统文化视角分析当前大学生心理健康教育在思想层面、实践层面以及环境层面等面临的现实问题,提出提升师生重视度、增强心理教师文化素养以及完善课程体系和营造和谐共育大环境的创新发展策略。
Over the course of several thousand years, excellent traditional Chinese culture has accumulated rich content in psychological health education, making it a valuable resource for educating college students about mental health. Exploring and integrating the role and significance of excellent tradi-tional Chinese culture in college students’ psychological health education is particularly prominent. This not only effectively promotes the harmonious development of interpersonal relationships among college students but also enhances their self-regulation abilities and resilience, making their integration into psychological health education indispensable. Therefore, this paper, from the per-spective of excellent traditional Chinese culture, analyzes the current issues faced by college stu-dents’ psychological health education at the ideological, practical, and environmental levels. It pro-poses innovative development strategies, including increasing the attention of both teachers and students, enhancing the cultural literacy of psychological educators, and improving the curriculum system, to create a harmonious and nurturing educational environment.
