%X 大学生作为新时代的核心力量，培育其法治素养对推进全面依法治国具有重要价值意义。本文从法治知识、法治意识、法治能力、法治信仰四个维度出发，分析当前大学生的法治素养培育面临的挑战，并从大学生个人角度、高校教育、社会环境等维度深入剖析影响大学生法治素养培育问题的原因，提出大学生法治素养培育对策，促进我国法治国家建设。<br />
As college students being the core force of the new era, cultivating the legal literacy of college students is of great value in promoting overall law-based governance. This paper analyzes the challenges facing the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy from the four dimensions of legal knowledge, legal awareness, legal ability, and legal belief, and assesses the reasons affecting the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy from college students’ personal perspectives, college education, and social environment, and puts forward countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy, so as to promote the construction of a rule of law country in China.
