%X 我国高校学生事务管理制度不断改革更新,愈发成熟,但制度建设本身依然存在问题,不够完备。因此,本文基于以生为本的理念,立足于对《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的三次文本内容的变化分析,追踪探索了我国高校学生事务管理制度在强调学生主体地位方面、在保障学生合法权益方面、在促进学生全面发展方面的改革历程,并提出了创新思路:突出学生主体,强化服务理念和更加注重学生自我管理;继续完善学生权益,构建完整的体系化的制度保障;进一步优化学生培养,促进学生全面发展。
The administration system of student affairs in China’s colleges and universities is constantly re-formed and updated, becoming more and more mature, but the construction of the system itself still has problems and is not complete enough. Therefore, this paper, based on the concept of stu-dent-oriented, based on the analysis of the three changes in the text content of the “Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities”, traces and explores the reform history of the management system of students’ affairs in colleges and universities in our country in terms of emphasizing the subject position of the students, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the students, and promoting the all-around development of the students and puts forward the new innovative ideas: highlighting the main body of the students, reinforcing the concept of service and more focus on students’ self-management; continue to improve students’ rights and interests, and build a complete systematic system protection; further optimize students’ cultivation and promote students’ comprehensive development.
