Formal Expression and Packaging of Ship Section Assembly Process Based on Shared Information Description Template %A 张秀艳 %A 王禹森 %A 景迪 %A 白文广 %A 臧建新 %J Journal of Aerospace Science and Technology %P 14-20 %@ 2330-4758 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/JAST.2024.121003 %X 航天产品装配过程的末端数据采集对异构信息系统的数据规范性和统一性提出了更高的要求。为实现基于协同共享平台的数据传递、共享、分析和控制,需对装配过程中异构的过程数据、状态信息等进行标准化处理。本文结合典型运载器舱段装配过程,建立基于“结构–任务”映射的信息封装结构,并构建了面向不同产品层级的信息描述模板。面向过程信息的传递路径,建立统一描述语言XML信息封装机制。最后,通过典型舱段铆接装配工艺的描述验证了其有效性。
The collection of end data in the assembly process of aerospace products poses higher requirements for the standardization and uniformity of data in heterogeneous information systems. To achieve data transmission, sharing, analysis, and control based on collaborative sharing platforms, it is necessary to standardize the heterogeneous process data and status information in the assembly process. This article combines the assembly process of typical carrier compartments to establish an information encapsulation structure based on “structure task” mapping, and constructs information description templates for different product levels. It establishes a unified description language XML information encapsulation mechanism for the transmission path of process information.
