%X 近年来，经自然腔道取标本术(NOSES)在胃癌治疗中的应用引起了广泛关注。NOSES的益处包括减少术后疼痛和伤口并发症、避免术后镇痛药的使用、更快的消化道功能恢复、更短的住院时间、更好的美容和心理效果。然而，NOSES治疗胃癌的研究还处于起步阶段，其理论体系和临床应用还有很大的发展潜力。这种创新技术面临几个亟待解决的问题，特别是其在加速康复外科及微创外科方面的应用。本文聚焦NOSES在胃切除根治术中的研究进展。试图通过综述该领域研究最新成果，为临床抉择提供帮助。<br />
In recent years, the application of nose extraction in the treatment of gastric cancer has attracted much attention. The benefits of NOSES include reduced postoperative pain and wound complica-tions, avoidance of postoperative analgesics, faster recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorter hospital stays, and better cosmetic and psychological outcomes. However, the study of NOSES in treating gastric cancer is still in its infancy, and its theoretical system and clinical application have great development potential. This innovative technique faces several problems to be solved, espe-cially its application in accelerated rehabilitation surgery and minimally invasive surgery. This pa-per focuses on the research progress of NOSES in radical gastrectomy. This paper attempts to help clinical decision-making by summarizing the latest research results in this field.
