%X 为了探讨大学生智能手机成瘾与情绪表达的关系，以300名中国在校大学生为研究对象，采用《大学生智能手机成瘾量表》与《大学生情绪表达问卷》进行了问卷调查。研究结果表明：1) 大学生智能手机成瘾在“消极影响”、“APP使用”上存在显著的性别差异；在“戒断行为”、“APP使用”上存在显著的年级差异；在“APP使用”上存在边缘显著的生源地差异；在“消极影响”上存在边缘显著的专业类别差异；其余方面不存在显著差异；2) 大学生情绪表达在“适应性情绪表达”上存在边际显著的性别差异；在其余方面不存在显著差异；3) 大学生智能手机成瘾与情绪表达存在相关关系，相关值为0.647，且两变量各维度存在两两相关关系。通过回归分析发现，情绪表达和手机成瘾具有线性关系，线性回归方程为：手机成瘾 = 1.040***抑制性情绪表达0.817***适应性情绪表达0.825***过度性情绪表达 + 14.869。<br />
In order to investigate the relationship between cell phone addiction and emotional expression in college students, 300 Chinese college students were studied with Smartphone Addiction Scale and Emotional Expression Questionnaire. The results show that: 1) there are significant gender differences in the “negative effects” and “APP use” of smartphone addiction among college students. There were significant grade differences in “withdrawal behavior” and “APP use.” There are significant differences in the origin of APP usage. There is a significant difference in professional category on the negative effect. There were no significant differences in the remaining areas; 2) there are significant marginal gender differences in “adaptive emotional expression” among college students. There were no significant differences in the remaining areas; 3) there was a correlation between smartphone addiction and emotional expression among college students, with a correlation value of 0.647 and two correlations in each dimension of the two variables. By regression analysis, we found a linear relationship between emotional expression and cell phone addiction, with the linear regression equation being: cell phone addiction = 1.040*** inhibitory emotional expression 0.817*** adaptive emotional expression 0.825*** hypersexual emotional expression + 14.869.
