A diode pumped Cr4+:YAG Q-switched intracavity c-cut Nd:GdVO4/KTP Raman laser was experimentally studied. Efficient 1097 nm Raman laser output was achieved by using a c-cut Nd:GdVO4 as the laser gain medium, and a KTP as the Raman crystal. Two pieces of Cr4+:YAG with T0 of 80% and 89% were employed, respectively when using Cr4+:YAG with a T0 of 89% and a pump power of 6.42 W, the maximum average output power of 481 mW was obtained at 1097 nm. %K 二极管泵浦,Nd:GdVO4,KTP,拉曼激光器
