%X 本研究通过模拟实验探究了“自然选择对种群基因频率的影响”。教学设计基于人教版高中生物学教材必修2《遗传与进化》第6章第3节的探究活动,以数学模型建构的方法引导学生理解生物演化论的主要观点。教学目标包括理解变异和自然选择在生物适应和进化中的作用,利用数学技术研究基因频率变化,以及提升科学探究能力。教学过程通过模拟实验和情境创设,使学生从分子水平上理解生物进化的实质。
This study explores the “influence of natural selection on population gene frequency” through sim-ulation experiments. The teaching design is based on the inquiry activity in Section 3 of Chapter 6 of Biology Compulsory 2: Heredity and Evolution in the high school biology textbook published by People’s Education Press. It uses mathematical model construction to guide students to understand the main points of biological evolution theory. The teaching objectives include understanding the role of variation and natural selection in biological adaptation and evolution, using mathematical techniques to study changes in gene frequency, and improving scientific inquiry skills. The teaching process, through simulation experiments and situational creation, enables students to understand the essence of biological evolution at the molecular level.
