%X 《周易》作为群经之首，是中国传统思想文化中自然哲学与人文实践的理论根源，本土社会工作理论及实务应汲取其思想，以实现传统优秀文化在社会工作领域的创造性转化与创新性发展。主要思路为：首先，主要以《周易》首卦“乾卦”为例，总体上提供与西方社会工作学不同的理论与实务方法；其次，通过“困卦”的“不易、简易、变易”卦象内涵为社会工作者与案主构建解困、出困的心理引导与实操路径；最后，以“未济卦”的哲理为指引有效融入社工结案的过程分析；等。文章意义在于，为解决当前中国社会工作的实务困境提供本土理论资源的一种新尝试，也为基于本土的社会工作心理与环境的提供发展路径。<br />
As the first of all the sutras, Zhouyi is the theoretical root of natural philosophy and humanistic practice in traditional Chinese thought and culture, and local social work theory and practice should draw on its ideas in order to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of tra-ditional excellent culture in the field of social work. The main ideas are as follows: firstly, the first hexagram of “Zhouyi” “Qian Gua” is mainly used as an example, which generally provides different theoretical and practical methods from those of western social work; secondly, through “Difficulty Gua” “not easy, simple, changeable”, the hexagram connotation of “easy, simple, changeable” is used as an example. Secondly, through the “difficult, simple and easy” connotation of “Difficulty Gua”, it builds a psychological guidance and practical path for social workers and caseworkers to solve dif-ficulties and get out of difficulties; finally, it takes the philosophy of “Wei Ji Gua” as a guideline to be effectively integrated into the analysis of the process of social worker's case closure; and so on. The significance of the article is that it is a new attempt to provide local theoretical resources for solving the current practical dilemmas of social work in China, and it also provides a development path for the psychology and environment of social work based on the local context.
