%X 婚姻中的财产利益不仅涉及到夫妻之间，还牵涉到第三方的债权债务关系，因为婚姻具有特殊性质。婚姻是从情感选择到家庭结合的过程，家庭是社会的基本单位，其目标是促进每个家庭的和谐，从而为社会和谐做出贡献。夫妻共同债务是婚姻关系的一部分，不仅涉及交易的安全性，还对社会稳定产生重大影响，因此一直备受关注。《民法典》婚姻家庭编第1064条阐述了夫妻共同债务的认定方式，包括夫妻合意之债为夫妻共同债务规则、为家庭日常生活需要所负债务为共同债务规则和超出家庭日常生活需要所负债务的处理规则三种情形，这三种情形各有利弊，本文试图通过分析它们，并总结它们的特点，从而根据这些特点提出明确偿还债务的财产范畴、完善日常家事的认定规则、完善举证责任分配制度和进一步完善相关法律法规等建议。<br />
In marriage, property interests not only involve the relationship between spouses but also extend to the third-party creditor-debtor relationships due to the unique nature of marriage. Marriage is a process that evolves from emotional choice to family union, and the family is the fundamental unit of society. Its goal is to promote harmony in each family, thereby contributing to social harmony. Joint spousal debt is a part of marital relations, impacting not only the security of transactions but also having significant implications for social stability. Therefore, it has been a subject of ongoing attention. Article 1064 of the Civil Code elaborates on the recognition of joint spousal debt. It includes rules for debts agreed upon by spouses as joint debts, debts incurred for the daily needs of the family as joint debts, and rules for handling debts exceeding the daily needs of the family. Each of these situations has its advantages and disadvantages. This article attempts to analyze and summarize their characteristics. Based on these characteristics, the paper proposes suggestions such as clarifying the scope of property for debt repayment, improving the rules for determining daily household affairs, refining the system of assigning the burden of proof, and further enhancing relevant legal regulations.
