Application of Surface Electromyography in Upper Limb Rehabilitation after Stroke %A 曹智红 %A 高登山 %A 李水琴 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 2982-2987 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2024.142422 %X 在当前全球脑卒中发病率持续上升的背景下,如何有效地提高脑卒中患者的生活质量和康复效果成为了一个重要的研究课题。脑卒中后可出现一系列的功能障碍,上肢功能障碍是脑卒中的常见并发症之一。表面肌电图(sEMG)主要采取在皮肤表面放置电极记录肌肉活动时产生电信号的方法,可无创、实时、客观地记录神经肌肉的活动状态,虽然目前常用的量表评估有着简便易行的优点,但也存在较大的主观意识,因此表面肌电图对脑卒中后上肢功能康复疗效的评估具有积极意义,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。本文以表面肌电图为研究对象,主要从常用指标、临床意义以及在脑卒中上肢功能康复的应用与挑战展开论述,为后续的临床研究提供指导。
Under the background of the increasing incidence of stroke worldwide, how to effectively improve the quality of life and rehabilitation effect of stroke patients has become an important research topic. A series of functional disorders can occur after stroke, and upper limb dysfunction is one of the common complications of stroke. Surface electromyography (sEMG) mainly adopts the method of placing electrodes on the surface of the skin to record electrical signals generated during muscle activity, which can record the activity state of neuromuscular noninvasive, real-time and objective. Although the commonly used scales have the advantages of simple and easy to perform, there is al-so great subjective consciousness. Therefore, surface electromyography has a positive significance in the evaluation of upper limb functional rehabilitation after stroke, and has broad application prospects in clinical practice. This article takes surface electromyography as the research object, and mainly discusses the common indicators, clinical significance, and application and challenges in the rehabilitation of upper limb function after stroke, so as to provide guidance for subsequent clinical research. %K 表面肌电图,脑卒中,上肢康复
