%X 重症监护室(ICU)是多重耐药菌感染的高发科室，多重耐药菌感染与多种因素有关，早期进行风险识别、严格落实各环节是做好多重耐药菌感染防控工作的关键。近年来，医院感染问题层出不穷，管理层对在持续加强对医院感染的防控。本文介绍了ICU患者多重耐药菌的种类，MRDO感染类型及危险因素，简述了多重耐药菌感染的管理方法和防控措施。旨在为ICU患者多重耐药医院感染的防控提供参考。<br />
Intensive care unit (ICU) is a high incidence department of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection, multi-drug resistant bacteria infection is related to a variety of factors, early risk identification, strict implementation of each link is the key to do a good job in the prevention and control of mul-ti-drug resistant bacteria infection. In recent years, the problem of nosocomial infection has emerged endlessly, and the management continues to strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. This paper introduces the types of multi-drug resistant bacteria, MRDO infec-tion types and risk factors in ICU patients, and briefly describes the management methods and prevention and control measures of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection. The aim is to provide reference for the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant nosocomial infection in ICU pa-tients.
