Pharmacokinetics is an important research content in the disciplines of pharmacology and biopharmaceutics, and it has become a necessary research section for preparing new drug formulations. This paper reviews the parameters of pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetic basis of drug application and research methods by reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years.
