%X 宠物犬伤人案件近年来层出不穷，其同时也带来了许多的司法问题。其中由于学术界存在着“罪与非罪”的争议，从而导致在此类案件在判决时可能会产生判决不一致的行为，严重损害了我国司法的公信力。本文从宠物犬伤人案件中的过失犯罪和间接故意犯罪两个方面来进行阐述，旨在帮助司法工作人员在处理此类案件之时可以根据现有的法律框架来保证判决的一致性。<br />
In recent years, cases of pet dog injuries have emerged one after another, which has also brought many judicial issues. Due to the controversy between “crime and no crime” in the academic community, there may be inconsistent judgments in such cases, which seriously damages the credibility of China’s judiciary. This article elaborates on two aspects of negligent crime and indirect intentional crime in pet dog injury cases, aiming to help judicial personnel ensure the consistency of judgments based on the existing legal framework when handling such cases.
