%X 目的：考察影响当代青年社会交往能力的内在机制，进一步探索共情能力在青年心理应激与社会交往能力之间的中介作用，帮助当代青年构建良好的人际关系网络。方法：采用人际交往能力评估量表(ICQ)、人际反应指针量表(IRI)与应激行为量表(CSS)对江苏省15~34周岁的736名青年进行问卷调查。结果：1) 认知性评价和防御性行为与社会交往能力呈正相关(r = 0.34, p &lt; 0.001; r = 0.35, p &lt; 0.001)；2) 共情能力与社会交往能力呈正相关(r = 0.37, p &lt; 0.001)；3) 共情能力在认知性评价与防御性行为对社会交往能力的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。结论：青年心理应激不仅可以直接影响社会交往能力，还可以通过共情能力的中介作用影响社会交往能力。<br />
Objective: To investigate the internal mechanisms that influence the social communication ability of contemporary youth, to further explore the mediating effect of empathy on the youth’s psychologi-cal stress and social interaction ability, and to help the youth build a good interpersonal network. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 736 young people aged 15~34 in Jiangsu Prov-ince using the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire (ICQ), Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) and COVID-19 Stress Scale (CSS). Results: 1) Cognitive evaluation and defensive response were posi-tively correlated with social interaction ability (r = 0.34, p &lt; 0.001; r = 0.35, p &lt; 0.001). 2) Empathy was positively correlated with social interaction ability (r = 0.37, p &lt; 0.001). 3) Empathy played a partial mediating role in the influence of cognitive evaluation and defensive response on social in-teraction ability. Conclusion: Young people’s psychological stress can not only directly affect social interaction ability, but also indirectly affect social interaction ability via empathy.
