%X 数字经济发展催生了新产业、新业态和新模式，也对国际投资流动的动态与方向产生了重要影响。探讨数字经济对我国外商直接投资的影响对提高利用外资质量，加快构建双循环新发展格局具有重要作用。基于现状分析与理论分析，研究发现：数字经济发展提升了我国外商直接投资的流入，并通过产业聚集、减小交易成本和提高创新能力等途径对我国外商直接投资起到促进作用。研究结果对释放数字经济发展红利，为高质量外资进入中国与高水平对外开放提供重要的参考价值。<br />
The development of digital economy has given birth to new industries, new formats and new models, and has also had an important impact on the dynamics and direction of international investment flows. Exploring the impact of digital economy on foreign direct investment in China plays an important role in improving the quality of foreign investment utilization and accelerating the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern. Based on the current situation analysis and theoretical analysis, the research finds that the development of digital economy improves the inflow of foreign direct investment in China, and plays a role in promoting foreign direct investment in China through industrial agglomeration, reducing transaction costs and improving innovation ability. The research results provide important reference value for releasing the development dividends of the digital economy, and for high-quality foreign investment entering China and high-level opening up.
