%X 柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自汉代张仲景的《伤寒论》第107条,原文为:“伤寒八九日,下之,胸满烦惊,小便不利,谵语,一身尽重,不可转侧者,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤主之。”本方是由小柴胡汤去甘草、加桂枝、龙骨、牡蛎、大黄、铅丹、茯苓而成,是小柴胡汤的变方。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤是伤寒误用下法而导致邪陷少阳、壅滞三焦的病证方。目前在临床中治疗神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、肝胆系统疾病、消化系统疾病等多个类别的疾病都取得了良好的疗效。现就柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗神经系统疾病领域的临床应用及研究进展进行阐述,以期为临床提供治疗思路和方法。
Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction comes from the Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing’s “Treatise on Fe-brile Diseases” article 107. The original text is as follows: “The chest is full of vexation and convul-sion under typhoid fever, and the urine is unfavorable. Delirium is the main part of Chaihu Jialonggu Oyster Decoction.” This recipe is made of Xiaochaihu Decoction without licorice and cassia twig, Longgu Oyster, rhubarb, lead, Dan and Poria cocos, which is a variant of Xiaochaihu Decoction. The decoction of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli is a disease prescription of typhoid fever, which leads to Shao-yang and obstructing Sanjiao. At present, the clinical treatments of nervous system diseases, cardi-ovascular system diseases, liver and bile system diseases, digestive system diseases and many oth-er categories of diseases have achieved good curative effect. This article reviews the clinical applica-tion and research progress of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of nervous system diseases, in order to provide clinical treatment ideas and methods.
