%X 本文以“双碳”战略为背景，站在电网企业视角下，对退役资产分级处置与循环利用体系构建进行了探索研究。以国家电网为例，深入剖析企业现状及存在的问题，并针对性的提出退役资产分级处置与循环利用体系构建思路，从分级处置策略、循环利用机制、回收处置网络和业务转型升级等方面提出了相关举措。<br />
This article explores the construction of a hierarchical disposal and recycling system for decom-missioned assets from the perspective of power grid enterprises, with the “Emission Peak and Carbon Neutrality” strategy as the background. Taking the State Grid as an example, it deeply ana-lyzes the current situation and existing problems of the enterprise, and proposes targeted ideas for the construction of a hierarchical disposal and recycling system for decommissioned assets. It proposes relevant measures from the aspects of hierarchical disposal strategies, recycling mecha-nisms, recycling disposal networks, and business transformation and upgrading.
