%X 文章针对学生入学时水平参差不齐以及学习过程中学习进度差距较大等问题,分析了目前高校在教学方式及考核方式两方面的现状,提出了以网络教学为主,结合异步教学的思想,采用网络教学模式下的异步教学法,制订个性化的教学及考核方式,介绍了具体个性化教学措施。
Considering the students’ uneven level at the time of admission and the large gap in learning progress during the learning process, this paper formulates personalized teaching and assessment methods and introduces specific personalized teaching measures by adopting network teaching and combining asynchronous teaching by analyzing the current status of teaching methods and assessment methods in colleges and universities.
