%X 本文以桂林米粉为研究对象,借鉴柳州螺蛳粉产业发展经验,对柳州市政府推动螺蛳粉产业发展的方法进行研究,通过比对桂林和柳州两地政府现行政策、参考全国各地知名美食发展路径的方式,评析桂林米粉产业在生产、制作、运输、销售等各个环节的发展模式以及探索桂林米粉产业进一步发展壮大和实现产业升级的可行路径,并重点分析了关于食品产业地方立法的原则、方式等问题,进而提出提高政府指导力度、完善行业标准规范、推进品牌建设等具有可执行性的相应对策,以推动桂林米粉产业发展。
This paper takes Guilin rice noodles as the research object, draws lessons from Liuzhou’s experience in the development of snail noodle industry, and studies the methods of Liuzhou’s government to promote the development of snail noodle industry. By comparing the current policies of Guilin and Liuzhou governments, and referring to the development paths of well-known cuisines across the country. The paper analyzes the development models and exploration of Guilin rice noodle industry in various links such as production, production, transportation and sales and so on. The feasible path for further development and upgrading of Guilin rice noodle industry and the realization of industrial upgrading were analyzed, and the principles and methods of local legislation on the food industry were analyzed, and the corresponding implementable countermeasures such as improving government guidance, improving industry standards and norms, and promoting brand building were put forward to promote the development of Guilin rice noodle industry.
